Derix glasstudios is an average company. The quality of their work is decent, but nothing exceptional. I was satisfied with the end result, but I felt that it could have been better. The customer service was also just average, nothing memorable. Overall, I wouldn't say that I had a bad experience with Derix glasstudios, but I wouldn't highly recommend them either.
