Unfortunately, my recent experience with Luxury Travel Outlets was far from satisfactory. The itinerary was poorly planned, with inadequate time allocated for each destination. The accommodations were subpar and lacked the luxury factor promoted by the company. Additionally, the customer service was lacking, with little effort made to address our concerns. I would not recommend Luxury Travel Outlets for a luxurious travel experience.
