I had a so-so experience with Es.bim. The website was okay, but I found it a bit confusing to navigate. The ordering process was average, but the customer service team wasn't very helpful. The products I received were of decent quality, but nothing special. I might consider using Es.bim again, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them.
