I had a mixed experience with Canady Realty. While they were able to find me a decent rental property, there were some issues along the way. The communication was not the best and I often had to follow up to get updates. Additionally, the property that was suggested to me initially was not what I had requested. However, they were able to rectify the situation and find me a suitable alternative. Overall, I would say they are an average real estate agency.
