I recently visited the salonandspa.com.au and had a mixed experience. The website is beautifully designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the range of services offered to be quite limited compared to other similar businesses. Additionally, the booking process seemed a bit confusing and could be streamlined for better user experience. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and provided good customer service. The quality of the treatments I received was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an okay option for basic beauty and spa needs, but I wish they would expand their services and improve the booking system. 🌿🧖‍♀️
