I recently visited this speech and hearing center for a consultation, and I found the staff to be quite knowledgeable and courteous. The facility was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the thoroughness of the evaluation process. However, I did feel that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, and the appointment scheduling process could have been smoother. Additionally, I wish there had been more detailed explanations of the recommended treatment options. Overall, the experience was average, and I left with a sense of confidence in the staff's expertise but with some reservation about the overall customer service and communication.
