The experience with Velefarm was below my expectat...

The experience with Velefarm was below my expectations. The website was slow and confusing to navigate. The customer service was unhelpful and their responses were delayed. The delivery was also delayed and the packaging was damaged upon arrival. I would not recommend this company.
