I recently traveled with Loshan Air and it was a mixed experience. The flight itself was good, but there were some issues with the customer service. The staff at the check-in counter were not very helpful and I had to wait for a long time. However, once onboard, the crew was friendly and the flight was comfortable. Overall, I would rate my experience with Loshan Air as average.
