I had a lackluster experience with this pest control service. The technicians arrived late and seemed unprepared for the situation at hand. Despite assurances of effective treatment, I noticed little to no improvement in the pest issue after their visit. Communication could have been better, as I found it difficult to get timely updates and clarifications. Overall, I expected a more professional approach and better results from a service advertised as reliable.
