I recently had the opportunity to work with a flooring company that I found online. I decided to give them a try based on their positive reviews and their promising website. The initial interaction with their customer service was efficient, and they were able to schedule a consultation quickly. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The installation process was completed on time, but I noticed some minor imperfections in the finished product. The quality didn't meet my expectations, considering the price I paid. Additionally, the communication during the project could have been improved. Overall, while the company was not terrible, they also didn't stand out. I would rate their service as average and would recommend potential customers to thoroughly research their options before making a decision.
