I've been a member of Power Keg Crossfit for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and they always push me to do my best. The workouts are challenging but doable, and I love the variety. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the community is incredibly supportive. Power Keg Crossfit is the best!
