I recently utilized the services of this company for a project, and while they were able to complete the work, I found their customer service to be rather lacking. The communication was not as clear as I had hoped, and I felt like I had to chase them up for updates on the progress. Additionally, I encountered some delays which were not properly communicated in advance. On a positive note, the quality of the work itself was satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I believe there is definite room for improvement in terms of customer communication and timeliness.
