I have been a customer of Acl logistica for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver packages on time, I have had a few instances where my packages arrived damaged. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it is still a concern for me. Overall, I would rate Acl logistica as an average logistics company.
