I recently hired a pest control service from endtimespest.com.sg. Overall, my experience with the service was average. The technicians were punctual and polite, but the effectiveness of their treatment was not up to my expectations. Even after several visits, I noticed that the pest problem persisted. I appreciate that they offered a guarantee, but the inconvenience and recurring pest issues were quite frustrating. Additionally, the price seemed a bit high compared to other competitors offering similar services in the market. While the customer service was responsive and accommodating, I feel that the service itself needs improvement in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. I would recommend considering other options before finalizing a contract with this company.
