I recently used the services of this audiovisual company and I have to say that my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful or detailed. The technicians who came to set up the equipment were polite and professional, but they seemed to be rushed and didn't pay attention to some of the specific requests I had made. The quality of the audiovisual equipment provided was decent, but I have seen better in the past. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They got the job done, but there was nothing exceptional about their services.
