I have been a customer of Russian tv company for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While they offer a good selection of channels, the quality of the video can sometimes be quite poor. In addition, the customer support is not very responsive and it can take days to get a response to a simple inquiry. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement with this company.
