I had a mixed experience with Southwest Senior Living Specialists. While their initial response was prompt and courteous, the follow-up was a bit lacking. There were some miscommunications along the way, which caused a bit of frustration. However, they eventually rectified the situation and helped us find a suitable senior living facility. Overall, it was an average experience.
