I recently used the services of Horizons Unlimited Travel and had an average experience. The booking process was simple and efficient, and the customer service team was helpful. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked warmth and enthusiasm. The itinerary was well-designed, but some attractions were overcrowded. Overall, it was a decent trip.
