The service provided by Fourseason foodstuff industries (m) sdn. bhd. was average. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The products were delivered on time and in good condition, but the customer support was lacking. They were slow to respond to my queries and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
