I had an average experience with Holiday Designers...

I had an average experience with Holiday Designers. The customer service was satisfactory, but I expected more from them. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the overall quality of the holiday package was just average. I felt that it lacked the WOW factor. I expected more exciting activities and better accommodation. The price was reasonable, but I've had better experiences with other travel agencies.
