I had a mixed experience with Mwik. Some aspects were great while others were not so great. The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the product itself did not meet my expectations. It felt cheaply made and didn't function as well as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
