I've had a mixed experience with gersis-software.com. While the software itself is good and fulfills all my requirements, the customer support is lacking. It takes ages for them to respond to a query, and even when they do, the solutions provided are often ineffective. The user interface could also be more user-friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
