I recently had the opportunity to use this company's services and overall, I found it to be average. The website was user-friendly and provided the necessary information. The customer service was decent, although it took a bit longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry. The quality of the lab results was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They did provide accurate and detailed reports, but I have seen better results from other laboratories in the past. The prices were competitive and fair, which was a positive aspect. However, there was nothing particularly outstanding about this company. While I didn't have a negative experience, I also didn't have a particularly positive one either. If you're looking for a dependable laboratory without any bells and whistles, this company could be a suitable choice.
