I recently availed of the services provided by this company and I must say that my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services, which was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. It took multiple attempts to get a hold of someone to discuss my needs, and even then, the response time was quite slow. Once the services were finally arranged, the caregivers who came to my home were friendly and professional. They provided adequate care, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and personalization of the service. Overall, while the company offers a decent service, I believe there are areas that could be improved upon to provide a more exceptional experience for their clients.
