I recently went on a trip planned by a travel agency, and while I had a great time overall, there were some aspects that could have been better. The communication with the company was a bit lacking, and there were a few hiccups during the trip that could have been avoided with better planning. However, I must say that the destinations and accommodations were amazing. I would consider using a different travel company next time.
