I had a mixed experience with a contractor I hired for a home renovation project. The quality of their work was good, but their customer service left much to be desired. They were difficult to reach, often delayed in responding to my inquiries, and not very accommodating when it came to changes or addressing concerns. Overall, I would rate them as average.
