I recently purchased a few items from this company and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the products I was looking for without any trouble. However, I did have a bit of an issue with the checkout process as it seemed a bit slow and glitchy at times. I also found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I had a question about one of the products and it took quite a while to receive a response. Once I did get a response, it felt like the representative was not very knowledgeable or helpful. The quality of the products I received was decent, but nothing outstanding. Overall, I would say that this company is average in terms of their website usability, customer service, and product quality.
