I recently had an experience with this elevator company. The overall service was satisfactory, but there were some areas that could be improved. The technicians were prompt and courteous, and the installation process was smooth. However, I did encounter some issues with the communication and follow-up after the initial installation. I had to reach out multiple times to receive updates and clarification on certain matters. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was slightly higher compared to other quotes I received. Overall, the elevator works well and meets my needs, but I hope the company can focus on enhancing their customer communication and transparency in the future.
