I have been a customer of B.i.t.s (nz) ltd for the past year and I must say their service has been average. The products they offer are of decent quality but nothing extraordinary. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, the delivery times can be quite long, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
