However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took quite some time for the salesperson to respond to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, the delivery of the car was delayed, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the car was in good condition and matched the description on the website. Overall, I think the company could improve their communication and delivery process to provide a better customer experience.
