I had a somewhat average experience with Ksy electromchanical works llc. While the quality of their work was good, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very responsive and it took a lot of effort to get timely updates on the progress. However, once the communication improved, they were able to complete the project satisfactorily. Overall, an average experience due to the initial difficulties in communication.
