I have been a customer of Ontario Medical Association (OMA) for many years, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The services they provide are just about satisfactory. However, I have noticed some areas where they can make improvements. Communication from OMA could be better, as there have been instances where I have had to wait for a response or follow up multiple times. Additionally, the website could be more user-friendly and intuitive. Overall, OMA is an okay company to deal with, but they have room for improvement.
