I had a mixed experience with Hillcrest labs. Overall, they provided average products and services. The website hillcrestlabs.com was easy to navigate, but the customer support was lacking. The user interface of their products was decent, but nothing exceptional. The shipment of the products was prompt, but the packaging could have been better. In conclusion, I would rate Hillcrest labs as average.
