I recently purchased some equipment from this company, and I have to say that my experience was quite average. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in terms of responsiveness. Additionally, the delivery took a bit longer than expected, and the communication regarding the status of my order could have been improved. Overall, the quality of the equipment was satisfactory, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see some improvements in their customer service and communication.
