I had a mixed experience with Thinksmart. While the team was responsive and professional, I encountered a few issues during the project. However, they were quick to address my concerns and rectify any problems. The website is informative and easy to navigate. Despite the challenges, the end result was satisfactory. Overall, Thinksmart is a decent company to work with, but there is room for improvement.
