I recently used the services of the company for an international shipment. Overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to get a quote quickly. However, the customer service could be more responsive. I had some questions about the shipping process and it took longer than expected to get a response. The shipment arrived on time, which was a plus, but I felt that the packaging could have been more secure. I also found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other options.
