I recently had the opportunity to engage with a cleaning company in Brazil, and while my experience was fairly acceptable, I can say that it was nothing out of the ordinary. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. The customer service representatives were helpful, although their response time could have been slightly quicker. The cleaning service itself was decent, but I felt that attention to detail was lacking in certain areas. The outcome was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more thoroughness for the price I paid. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. It was a satisfactory job, but it did not leave a lasting impression.
