I have been practicing Shotokan karate for several years now and I can confidently say that Shotokan Karate of America is an excellent organization. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they create a supportive and welcoming environment for all students. The training is rigorous and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. I have seen significant improvements in my physical fitness, discipline, and mental focus since joining SKA. I highly recommend SKA to anyone interested in learning traditional Shotokan karate.
