I used to purchase clay and supplies from Great Lakes Clay & Supply regularly, but their quality has significantly decreased over the past few months. The clay is now filled with impurities and the supplies are of subpar quality. Their customer service has also become very poor, with long response times and unhelpful staff. I am highly disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
