I have been using Prime drivers for a few months now and I must say, they are average. The service is reliable and the drivers are professional, but nothing extraordinary. I appreciate the convenience of booking a ride online and the promptness of their drivers. However, I've had a few instances where the drivers took longer routes, which resulted in higher fares. Overall, I would rate Prime drivers as average.
