Recently worked with a consulting firm for some business guidance and assistance. The experience was average. The company did provide helpful insights and recommendations, but I feel there was room for improvement in their approach. They lacked attention to detail and failed to meet some of my specific requirements. However, overall it was a decent experience and they did provide value, but it could have been better.
