I recently used a recruitment agency to find a job and had a mixed experience. While they were able to connect me with an opportunity that fit my qualifications, I found their communication and follow-up to be lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on my application, and sometimes it felt like I was being ignored. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected better from a professional agency.
