After hearing great things about A Chance to Change, I decided to give their services a try. While my experience was positive overall, I felt that certain aspects could be improved. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; however, I believe more attention could have been given to my individual needs. The services offered covered a wide range of areas, but some felt less comprehensive than others. Overall, I rate them as average.
