I recently used a logistics service from "Lightning Logistics, LLC" to transport some goods for my business. While their website is user-friendly and their customer service was responsive, I found the overall experience to be average. The delivery time was slightly delayed, and the tracking information provided was not always accurate. Although the staff was polite, I was hoping for a smoother and more reliable service. The pricing was competitive, but I believe there is room for improvement in their operational efficiency. I appreciate their efforts, but I expected a more seamless experience.
