I recently had my car repaired at this collision center and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the quality of the work. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very helpful in explaining the repair process and keeping me updated on the progress. However, I did notice that the repair took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a few times to get an update. Overall, I was satisfied with the end result, but the time it took and the lack of proactive communication brought down the overall experience. I would recommend this company for their work quality and customer service, but they could improve on their communication and timeliness. 🚗👍
