I recently applied for a customer service role through CCA Recruitment Group's website. The application process was straightforward, and I appreciated the variety of job opportunities available. However, I found the communication from the company to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response regarding my application status, and I had to follow up multiple times. Despite this, the website was user-friendly and provided useful information about the available positions. I hope that the company can improve its communication with applicants in the future to provide a more positive experience.
