I recently had the opportunity to try out the services of a security company and decided to go with Turner Security. The experience was, overall, average. Their website, turnersecurity.us, was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the customer service. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and I would have appreciated more proactive communication. On the positive side, the security personnel who came to my property were professional and knowledgeable. They performed their duties well, ensuring the safety of my premises. The pricing was reasonable and in line with other competitors in the market. While my experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory. I would consider using Turner Security again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service department.
