I have been a customer of Resal inc. for several years now and I can say with certainty that they are average in terms of service. Their website is easy to navigate and their products are of decent quality. However, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where my inquiries were not addressed promptly, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate Resal inc. as average.
