I have been working at Globalwafers co., ltd. for several years, and I must say it has been an average experience. The company offers competitive salaries and benefits, but the management lacks communication skills. There have been times when decisions were made without consulting the employees, causing confusion and frustration. Overall, Globalwafers is a decent company to work for, but there is room for improvement.
