I recently used this financial and insurance solutions company for some of my needs. Overall, I would rate them as average. While their website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information, their customer service was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't as thorough as I had hoped. The staff was polite but not overly friendly or proactive in providing assistance. Additionally, I found their rates to be competitive but not outstanding compared to other companies in the same industry. On the positive side, they did offer a wide range of financial and insurance services, which was convenient for my needs. However, in terms of overall experience, I felt like there was room for improvement in their customer service approach.
